Annual Convention of 400 employees spread throughout France.
Participants : 100% remote and speakers were able to be on site or in Duplex.
Our objectives over these two days :
- To perpetuate the tradition of this annual event in this very particular context.
- Always be in a disruptive and innovative approach.
- Script the event through numerous interventions and make the most of the means of interacting with the audience: games, live messages, interviews, collaborative work sessions, announcements, etc…
- Theatricalize the meeting space in the colors of the company.
- Through these digital experiences, the guests felt :
- a feeling of belonging to a privileged community,
- the feeling of participating in something very innovative with surprise effects,
- a sense of pride in working in this company which will have been able to use the digital opportunity and be hyper responsive by setting up this type of event.
In the program :
- Ice Breaker.
- Introduction of the CEO and the different services.
- Speakers from the field of rugby.
- Collaborative teambuilding in the image of the company combining personalized questions and an escape game: each participant was assigned to a team of 5 people and had to bring back the maximum number of points for his team. At the end of the game, the first 3 teams received a gourmet boxing.
- Video editing : Jingle, liners during the event which allowed to animate and energize the meeting.
- Use of interactive tools.
Good humor and sharing contributed to the success of this event.
