COSMETICS INDUSTRY : CAPTURE FROM THEIR PREMISES AND TRANSMISSION TO 400 EMPLOYEES DISTRIBUTED IN FRANCE

Convention of 400 people over 2 days and rehearsal the day before with the management team and external speakers.

Annual Convention of 400 employees spread throughout France.

Participants : 100% remote and speakers were able to be on site or in Duplex.

BANK INDUSTRY : DIGITAL DAYS – CHALLENGE ONLINE

Teambuilding for 150 people from January 22 to 26, 2021.

 

  • Format : remote teambuilding over a week from Monday to Friday with a minimum of 150 participants.
  • Places : each participant is at his home or office.
  • Hardware : platform dedicated to the game.
  • Objective : 5 identical game sessions spread over the week in French and English :
    1. Randomly composed teams.
    2. Help at any time of the game with the different teams.
    3. Duration of 1 hour in French and English.
    4. Ranking at the end of the week of the different teams.

BUILDING ENGINEERING INDUSTRY : A HALF-DAY OF DIGITAL MEETING

Meeting of 150 people over half-day coupled with interactive tools, collaborative and interactive animations.

 

  • Format : half-day remote meeting with 150 participants via Teams.
  • Places : each participant will be at home or at his office.
  • Material : Teams.
  • Content : 5 highlights spread over the day :
    1. To begin, the arrival of participants with their Teams video conference tool and implementation of the interactive tool.
    2. Icebreaker – Speech and presentation of the CEO’s figures coupled with moments of interaction with employees to boost the event.
    3. Then, the projection of videos with a montage in order to highlight few collaborators.
    4. At last, the remote teambuilding challenging 3 teams for each challenge – based on 30 teams supervised by 11 facilitators.
    5. Finally, end of the meeting by the organizers with a reveal of photos of the 150 employees.
