☑️ STEP # 10: COMMUNICATE ABOUT YOUR EVENT WITH YOUR COLLABORATORS.
Once the event has been validated, we recommend that you notify your employees quickly in order to obtain a maximum of positive responses. You can communicate by email, using flyers, posters, etc.
In order to anticipate the number of participants, you can attach to your invitation a reply coupon with a registration deadline, the special diet, the participation of the spouse/children, etc.
