PUBLISHING INDUSTRY : GENERAL ASSEMBLY REMOTE FOR 300 PEOPLE

Remote General Assembly for 300 participants and 17 speakers spread across France.

General Assembly of 300 participants with 17 speakers spread across France using an application that includes all the features of an event.

The application made it possible to introduce in a single solution :

  • The color codes of the company
  • The program of the General Assembly
  • The list of speakers and a round table bringing them together
  • The possibility of voting remotely
  • Questions and answers during the General Assembly
  • The retransmission of the event after the General Assembly

This application is dedicated only to the event of that day.

The General Assembly was very successful by the users. The percentage of remote attendance of members exceeded the number of face-to-face participants.
The experience will therefore have to be repeated.

PARAPHARMACY INDUSTRY : RESIDENTIAL SEMINAR IN THE SOUTH OF PARIS FOR 120 PEOPLE

Residential seminar from February 26th to 28th 2020 for 120 employees.

National green seminar in the Paris region in the south of Paris for 120 people spread over 3 days in the parapharmacy industry.

In the program :

  • Management of transport and transfers of participants arriving from all over France
  • Training in new IT tools for store managers
  • Plenary and 4 workshops
  • Gala party with magician, DJ, Selfie terminal and decoration
  • Buffet breakfasts and finger food

The event brought together all the store teams from all over France, the group’s cosmetics brands and the head office. The seminar was a success.

RETAIL INDUSTRY : PALAIS DU PHARO IN MARSEILLE

Residential Seminar from february 3rd to 5th 2020.

Seminar facing the sea for the 140 store managers in France, Belgium, Switzerland and Germany as well as the staff at headquarters for 3 days in Marseille.

In the program :

  • Haute couture dinner
  • Plenary
  • Teambuilding: Treasure hunt on the Isle of Friuli
  • Gala evening in an original place with delivery of results and local events (pétanque, pastis tasting, creation of soap with the company logo, dancing evening)

The event took place in a good mood and the joy of being together. The participants appreciated the magical setting of the site and the welcome of this splendid city.
